1. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a 30% advance deposit of the total package value. Full payment must be made at least 5 days before the travel date.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Bank Transfer (JSC TBC BANK - IBAN: GE72TB7208336120100010)
  • Online Payment via Flitt (Visa / Mastercard / Google Pay / Apple Pay)

Package prices are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to exchange rates at the time of booking. All electronic payments are processed through the secure Flitt payment gateway.

2. Product Delivery

Travel services are delivered electronically (e-vouchers) via email or WhatsApp after full booking confirmation.

Services include: hotel reservations, transfers, tours, and activities specified in the package.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact information (email, phone number).

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • ●Cancellation 14 or more days before travel: 100% refund of advance payment
  • ●Cancellation 5–13 days before travel: 50% refund of amount paid
  • ●Cancellation within 4 days or less of travel: No refund
  • ●Force majeure cases (health crises, natural disasters, government decisions) are handled on a case-by-case basis and may qualify for full or partial refund
